Apartment 2 is a generous ground floor apartment which briefly comprises, open plan living, kitchen, dining area, principal bedroom with en suite, guest bedroom and central bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a comprehensive range of wall and floor cabinets in a combination of matt lacquer and metallic effect finishes. Contrasting worksurfaces are composite stone.
