On the slopes of the "Colle delle monache", nestled in the beautiful hilly area of Borgo di Terzo, Gabetti Bergamo Centro offers for sale ancient historic farmhouse of great value consisting of a central body with arcaded loggia on the upper floor and round arches, two wings between them perpendicular and a small church located south of the complex; built around the year 1060 and having a covered area of approx. 1500 square meters, it is embellished with a large indoor garden as well as green area of relevance of approx. 25,000 square meters.
