One of the few wine growing Châteaux in the Rhône Valley, this estate comprises a XVIIth century chateau of 700m² with outbuildings of approximately 1200m² (8 gites, orangerie, magnanerie , swimming pool) in an unspoilt , undisturbed setting.

Approached along an entrance driveway of 600m of plane trees, the estate grounds are surrounded by a 1,5 km stone wall. The property is ideally situated for developing a special events venue and/or luxury wine tourism project. The PLU regulations allow for the change of use of most of the residential and farm buildings. Other constructions necessary for a tourist project are also permitted.
