The main bedroom suite consists of a walk-in dressing room and vast en-suite with a bath, shower, double vanity and bidet.

Views from even the bathroom are beautiful. The main bedroom offers a wood-burning fireplace and a private lounge. The fourth suite has its own bathroom, which completes the third level. There are 3 garages, a Jacuzzi, a BBQ and a water-wise garden, as well as backup power.

Wi-fi connection throughout, which allows:
- to have all the terminals on a single network. So, no more devices, no cables, only the terminals on the walls.
- also, to have the reception TV by wi-fi with the Apple TV, no need for satellite dish and no TV aerial.
- also a HEOS system with a subscription but all the devices for this system will not be included in the price of the house. With an application, you can have Deezer, all radios in the world, with the sound coming from small devices plugged into a room, where you wish.
