Dimora di Leone is located in southeast of Sicily, the home of 'Nero D'Avola,' about one kilometre outside of the magnificent town of Noto, celebrated for its Baroque architecture. Here, guests can enjoy a seaside and countryside holiday in the heart of Sicily.

The area that surrounds the villa is one of the most beautiful and spectacular areas of the region and is protected by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The villa is surrounded by nearly 50 hectares of grapevines, olive trees, citrus trees and almonds. The villa features a magnificent terrace, where guests can enjoy an aperitivo at sunset, with views opening over the beautiful landscape of Sicily, a charming pergola with a dining table and lounge chairs, a spacious swimming pool, located in a hidden part of the garden, surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean vegetation. The estate is also situated only five minutes from the beaches of Eloro and fifteen minutes from Vendicari Natural Reserve, a protected wildlife oasis with among Sicily's most acclaimed beaches.

The interiors of the estate are dominated by the colour white, which brings freshness and luminosity to the living quarters. The spacious but welcoming kitchen is fully-equipped and functional and connects to the laundry rooms. The dining room is furnished with a long wooden table, which seats up to 21 people. The two spacious living rooms are located on the ground floor, with the smaller television room. In the garden, hidden by olives, citrus and almonds trees, is the spacious swimming pool, with a spectacular view of the surrounding vineyards.

The villa counts six double bedrooms and one single (staff), each with a private bathroom. The bright master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, is located on the first floor with a magnificent view of Noto. The other two bright and ample bedrooms are on the first floor. The bigger guesthouse, situated in the garden, is surrounded by jasmine and bougainvillea. It is furnished with two queen sized Imperial style beds with en-suited bathroom. The smaller guesthouse adjacent to the house, is surrounded by the lush plants of the garden and has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The courtyard bedroom is the most spacious living quarters on the estate and can be accessed from the courtyard; it is spacious enough that four additional beds can be added for larger groups, if required. Four of the six bedrooms are furnished with air conditioning, while the other two guesthouses are refreshed by fans; as they are sheltered by garden they remain cool, even during summer time.

Immersed in a verdant garden, overgrown with bright pink and white bougainvillea, perfumed jasmine, oleanders and other flowers, which are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, this villa is a magnificent estate where guests will truly experience the gorgeous mystic of Sicily, all with the finest luxuries.
