Description

A 60 ha estate with 36.5 ha of vineyards in AOP Minervois (35.1 ha) and IGP zone (1.2 ha). Approximately 30% of the vineyard will be classed in the superior Minervois-Village appellation in the next 3 years.

Built on the outskirts of a pretty village, the winery and storage facilities are in excellent condition and perfectly
sized for the estate's current production.

Outside, a large lean-to allows harvest reception to take place under protection from vagaries of the weather. The winery buildings include an attractive wine shop and administrative offices.

The estate offers a range of 9 cuvées (6 red wines, 1 rosé wine and 2 white wines) vinified and matured directly at
the estate. The estate's wines are bottled at the estate and sold directly. The wines are distributed through a network of customers in France and on the export market.
