The villa at Costa de la Calma is perfectly situated close to the beach in the favored southwest of Mallorca. There are multiple entrances and the house is separated into two levels that can be used individually or together. The huge windows make the rooms feel airy and bright, and the high ceilings give them a comfortable living atmosphere. The open kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, are all located on the ground level. You have an excellent view of the surrounding greenery from the terrace, which faces south, and the pool. A minibar in the living area, two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and terraces with fantastic landscape views are all located upstairs. Through the garden access, you can walk just a few steps to the sea and a little sandy beach. The spacious basement area is still entirely available as a development reserve, such as a separate guest area or SPA.
