Located about 20 miles west of the city, the roughly 17.5-acre property listed for $17.995 million in May 2023. The sale is the most expensive so far in 2024 in the D.C. area.

Great Falls is a wealthy commuter area where lot sizes generally range from 2 to 5 acres, so this property is larger than most. The house has an indoor pool located in a glass solarium. Other amenities include an elevator, wine cellar, screening room, billiards room, home gym and attached guest apartment.
