Ariana Grande buys Montecito home from Ellen DeGeneres

Ariana Grande has snapped up a unique 5,500-square-foot Tudor-style home in Montecito for $6.75 million.
Known as the Porter House, the historic home has famous sellers as well: Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, who bought and renovated the place in January of this year.
Comprised of two separate barns originally built in Surrey, England, back during the 1700s, the Porter House was painstakingly dismantled and then reconstructed in California as one cohesive home.
The two separate sections are linked via an orangery - a glass-enclosed space meant to house weather-sensitive plants and fruit trees - and the residence features many period details indicative of its English roots, including an octagonal library with antique casement windows, lofted wood-beam ceilings, and exposed brick fireplaces.
There are two bedrooms and two full and two half bathrooms, as well as two upgraded kitchens, one of which boasts an impressive glass-fronted refrigerator.
Other amenities include a gym space, a full basement, a workshop, and a three-car garage.
The grounds surrounding the mansion are no less impressive, with lush gardens designed by landscape architect Tom Nielsen and brick terraces perfect for outdoor dining.
Mature trees shade many of the patio areas, and stone pathways wind all throughout the grounds.
