Instagram sensation Gianluca Vacchi is selling his Sunset Harbour home for $10.9 million, according to the WSJ.

The DJ and social media star is known for blasting out images of his luxurious lifestyle - yachts, fast cars and glitzy parties.

He said he is selling the Miami Beach condo because he plans to spend more time in Florida and wants a single-family house.

The 7,075-square-foot penthouse has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a half bath and three parking spots.

The unit has views facing east and west, a 1,600-square-foot rooftop space and a media room.

Mr. Vacchi’s art collection includes a life-size ostrich installation and a large silvery sculpture of a whale he said was designed by his aunt. In the entryway hang provocative photographs of an adult film star by Timothy Greenfield Sanders.

A mural by the artist Graham Gillmore spells out "Save yourself, go on without me."

"It’s really core to who I am," Mr. Vacchi said of the mural’s message. "Not everyone has an attitude toward risk like I have."

The listing agent is Dina Goldentayer, executive director of sales at Douglas Elliman. Despite the pandemic, Goldentayer said she feels optimistic about the ultra-luxury market in South Florida.

“The ultra-luxury market is the strongest its been in a year,” she said. “Taxes had a lot to do with it but buyers recognize that Miami is more than a tax haven.”
