Inside Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban's Manhattan Condo
November 30, 2020 - Manhattan
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are adding a new apartment to their collection of homes around the world.
The actress and country music singer’s main residence is their Nashville, Tennessee, mansion, but the celebrity couple also has homes in Los Angeles and their native Australia.
Now they are buying a two-bedroom apartment at 108 Leonard St. for around $3.5 million, according to the New York Post.
The landmarked McKim, Mead & White building in Tribeca once held the grand headquarters of the New York Life Insurance Company but was converted to condos in 2018.
A huge perk for Kidman, according to the Post, is that there are three separate entrances into the building, as well as garage parking, which will help to maintain privacy for the superstar pair.
Though images of their specific unit are unavailable, apartments in their new building boast chevron-patterned oak floors and high ceilings that reach between 10 and 14 feet.
Large arched windows provide stunning city views, and the custom kitchens are highly upgraded, with Scavolini cabinetry, marble countertops, and Miele appliances.
Amenities include a 75-foot indoor lap pool, rooftop gardens, and firepits, and an approximately 2,200-square-foot fitness center. There's also a wine cellar with its own private dining room.
