Hang Lung Properties plans to start construction by this year on one of Hong Kong’s most luxurious projects on the former site of US consulate residences on Shouson Hill Road.

One of the Hong Kong-listed developer picked up the parcel at 37 Shouson Hill Road on which six multistorey villas stood for HK$2.56 billion (US$330 million) last year.

The developer mentioned that not too many flats will be squeeze on the site. They would like to have some five to six luxury houses with 10,000 sq ft each. The site offers breathtaking views of Deep Water Bay of Hong Kong.
