Giovani Bernard lists Fort Lauderdale mansion for $11 million
January 08, 2021 - Fort Lauderdale
Cincinnati Bengals running back Giovani Bernard has put his newly constructed Fort Lauderdale digs up for sale.
The NFL player is asking $10.9 million for his Harbor Beach mansion, which was a ground-up project that was completed earlier this year, according to Realtor.com.
Bernard paid $2.55 million in 2017 for the property. The new home is a 5,320-square-foot spread, which features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
It was designed and built by the Miami-based architecture firm Choeff Levy Fischman, which specializes in “tropical modern” architecture.
Its design for Bernard’s property resulted in a stylish abode with industrial-chic details in concrete, stone, and glass.
Nicole Holtzheuser with Florida Luxurious Properties holds the listing.
