Nick Price re-lists Jupiter Island home for $17 million
January 06, 2021 - Florida
Nick Price, a former top-ranked golfer, is trying once again to sell his estate on Florida’s Jupiter Island, this time for $17 million.
He previously listed it for close to $22 million in 2016 and took it off the market early last year, according to Zillow.
Sitting at the end of a driveway flanked by massive banyan trees, the house is roughly 11,000 square feet and has elaborate interior woodwork, five bedrooms, a pair of offices, a media room and gym, a formal dining room and a bar.
The roughly 6½-acre property includes several outdoor living and dining areas as well as a large pool, a dock with an 8,000-pound boat lift and a tennis court.
It sits on the Intracoastal Waterway and comes with deeded access to the beach on the other side of the island via a private laneway shared with two other homes.
Tracy Ward is listing the property with her colleague Kim Spears of Douglas Elliman.
