Candice Bergen lists Hamptons home for $18 Million
February 19, 2021 - East Hampton
Candice Bergen and her husband, real estate magnate Marshall Rose, have placed their Hamptons home on the market for $18 million.
Built in the 1980s by Rose and his first wife, the 4,500-square-foot dwelling features a Dutch gambrel roof and contains six bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths.
Bergen moved into the residence after marrying Rose two decades ago. The couple, whose main residence is located in Manhattan, then commissioned original builder Jaque T. Robertson to devise a comprehensive overhaul.
A sunroom has since been enclosed for a breakfast and sitting room, and the kitchen was remodeled.
The second level features a sitting area on the landing, and the master suite is spacious enough to include a sitting area with a sofa and chairs.
The 1.8-acre property features landscaped grounds, gardens, a lawn, and a pool. There's also a separate guesthouse.
The listing is co-listed by Compass agents Ed Petrie, James Petrie and Charles Forsman.
