Only two years after buying his Beverly Hills, California, estate on Mulholland Drive, pop star Pharrell Williams has put it on the market for nearly $17 million.

The house was listed Monday for $16.95 million, according to property records. Kurt Rappaport and Drew Meyers of Westside Estate Agency hold the listing.

Custom-built back in 1992, the glass-and-steel structure features 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and has a 200-foot driveway, which keeps it relatively secluded from neighbors.

This leads to a motor court that can easily accommodate 30 cars. The grounds also feature koi ponds, tennis courts, rock sculptures, a grotto, and a resort-like pool with a waterfall.

The home appears almost museum-like, with the entire front of the mansion made up of glass and steel beams.

Inside, the airy front entranceway has a reflecting pool and a number of overlapping stone marble staircases.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Pharell bought the property from filmmaker Tyler Perry for $15.6 million in 2016.
