The former home of retired professional boxer Mike Tyson is coming on the market for $8.5 million, according to the WSJ.
Located in Bethesda, M.D., the house is owned by Monica Turner, Mr. Tyson’s ex-wife. The couple bought the home together in 1995 and lived there together into the 2000s.
Situated 30 minute outside of Washington DC, the luxury house is a whopping 19,000 square feet.
As well as 7 bedrooms, the property is also home to a large gym, game room, swimming pool, sports court and a piano room.
It also overlooks the Congressional Country Club golf course, which has hosted several US Open tournaments.
The entryway has large windows overlooking the garden and golf course, according to listing agent Daniel Heider of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.
Ms. Turner said she has expanded the property over the years, adding an adjacent lot and an extension to the house.
