Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli sell Bel Air mansion
September 03, 2020 - Bel Air
Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have officially sold their Bel-Air estate for $18.75 million.
Tinder cofounder Justin Mateen, the buyer, snagged the home a significant price cut — the property was initially listed for $28.7 million, according to Business Insider.
The 12,000-square-foot property boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, two living rooms, an outdoor courtyard and a swimming pool.
The sale of the home comes after a difficult summer for the couple. In May, they agreed to plead guilty to conspiring to get their daughters into college, and in June they resigned from the elite Bel-Air Country Club.
According to People, the couple may relocate to an Orange County beach home they own to await their impending prison sentences.
The Agency's Arvin Haddad held the listing and Rodeo Realty's Josh Flagg represented Mateen.
